We provide continuous and stable dividends so that shareholders can hold Company shares on a long-term and stable basis. We aim to achieve dividend policies that are in line with business performance when we are able to generate stable earnings. Specific amounts for dividends are determined based on the current business environment and business performance, taking into account global business development, capital policy, and social conditions.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is held in late June every year. Information regarding date, time, location, etc., is announced in early June to those registered as shareholders as of March 31 each year.

The Company sends a notice of convocation of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a form for exercising voting rights to the shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of the end of the record date for the General Meeting of Shareholders (as of March 31 in the case of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders). Voting rights can be exercised via one of the following methods:

(1) Bring your voting rights exercise form to the general meeting

(2) Indicate your approval or disapproval on the voting rights exercise form and return it to us

(3) Access the voting website designated by the Company

Can children be brought to shareholders meetings? Furthermore, can a proxy attend in a shareholder’s stead?

Only shareholders with voting rights are allowed to attend the Company’s General Meetings of Shareholders, and children who are not shareholders are not allowed to enter. Regarding the attendance of a proxy, our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that one (1) other shareholder with voting rights can be designated, and that any proxy attending must submit a document to the Company proving their authority.
