Paris Miki's Purpose
Enriching each and every one of our customers with
‘tokimeki*’ and ‘anshin**’
Here, we introduce the characteristics of Paris Miki’s operations in an easy-to-understand manner.
To this day, we continue to strive to become the best in the world by accommodating each and every customer.
Understanding the differences in our customers' sensibilities and lifestyles allows us to select lenses according to their eyesight, recommend frames that match their faces, and provide a comfortable fit, thereby accommodating each and every customer and placing the utmost value on their satisfaction.
We believe that in recent years, accommodating the customers in this way has become more important than ever. We have entered an era in which the market has satisfied the desire for all kinds of goods and services, and now, consumers seek enrichment of the soul. And, in order to provide enrichment of the soul, it is necessary to offer customers not only standardized services, but also a high level of hospitality that is tailored to the time, place, and person.
We believe that what people want in this era of enrichment of the soul is “excitement and peace of mind” tailored to each individual. To keep pace with the historic change in what we value from goods to the heart and soul, we have changed our company name in Japanese from MIKI HOLDINGS Inc. to PARIS MIKI HOLDINGS Inc., marking the “third founding” of our enterprise. Accordingly, we also designated our purpose—“enriching each and every one of our customers with ‘tokimeki*’ and ‘anshin**’,”
“In the coming era of great change, what are our customers’ concerns, and what can we do about them?” Keeping this question in mind along with an understanding of the times, we want to take on the challenge of creating new “excitement and peace of mind” not only for eyewear and hearing aids, but also for various other aspects of daily life as we expand our business around the globe.
